Yes. Prolaty's reports are prepared by valuers registered and licensed by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB) of Tanzania and are accepted by major banks and financial institutions for mortgage and lending purposes, including NMB, CRDB, NBC, TIB Development Bank, TADB, Akiba Commercial Bank, UBA, Bank of Africa, Azania Bank, BancABC, Mkombozi Bank, Mwanga Hakika Bank and Tanzania Commercial Bank.

How long does a property valuation take?

For a standard residential or commercial property, Prolaty typically delivers the valuation report within a few business days of inspection. Larger portfolios and plant and machinery valuations are scoped individually.

How much does a property valuation cost in Tanzania?

Fees depend on the type, size and location of the asset and the purpose of the valuation. Prolaty provides a clear written quotation once you submit a valuation request.
